To ensure your safety and comfort, please read and acknowledge the following before entering the sauna:

Medical Conditions

Do not use the sauna if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, high or low blood pressure, or any medical condition that may be aggravated by heat.

If you are under medical supervision or taking medication, please consult your doctor before using the sauna.

Age Restrictions

Sauna use is permitted for guests 18 years and older. Minors may enter only with adult supervision and written parental consent.

Hydration

Drink plenty of water before and after your session. Avoid alcohol or recreational substances before sauna use.

Session Duration

Recommended session duration: 15–20 minutes at a time.

Always listen to your body—exit immediately if you feel dizzy, lightheaded, nauseous, or unwell.

Proper Attire & Hygiene

Please shower before entering the sauna.

Appropriate swimwear or a towel must be worn at all times.

Sitting on a towel is required to maintain hygiene.

Behavior and Conduct

Respect other guests’ privacy and comfort—no loud conversations, inappropriate behavior, or use of personal devices for photography or recording.

Management reserves the right to remove anyone behaving inappropriately without refund.

Liability Waiver

By entering the sauna, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with high-heat environments.

You release the facility and its staff from any liability for injury, illness, or loss resulting from sauna use.
