Unfortunately, no refunds or rescheduling options are available if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time.

No-Shows

Guests who fail to attend their booking without notice will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid affecting subsequent bookings. No partial refunds will be provided for shortened sessions.

Facility Cancellations

In the rare event that the sauna facility must cancel your booking (e.g., due to maintenance or emergencies), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
