Booking, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

    1. Cancellations with More Than 24 Hours’ Notice

      • If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before your scheduled session, you are eligible for a full refund or may reschedule at no cost.

    2. Cancellations Within 24 Hours of Appointment

      • Unfortunately, no refunds or rescheduling options are available if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time.

      • This policy ensures we can maintain fair scheduling and respect for other clients’ booking opportunities.

    3. No-Shows

      • Guests who fail to attend their booking without notice will be considered a no-show and are not eligible for a refund.

    4. Late Arrivals

      • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid affecting subsequent bookings. No partial refunds will be provided for shortened sessions.

    5. Facility Cancellations

      • In the rare event that the sauna facility must cancel your booking (e.g., due to maintenance or emergencies), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no charge.
